| My Dr. gave me a 10-day supply for a sinus infection. The first day I mixed it w/ Duraphen (decongestant)& thought my eyes were on fire. I obviously was very high and irritable. I continued to take Avelox in the morning with food (did not know at the time about not mixing it w/ vitamins) and did not have a problem. My sinus infection was clearly going away. On day 8 I began having nausea as a side effect, and tried taking the pill at supper (minus the vitamins). This did not work, and I was unable to hold my food. I suppose everyone reacts to medicines differently. I certainly have no desire to take this medicine again. |
