| I have been on SSRIs for severe panic attacks since I was in seventh grade (I am now 20). I have been on Paxil, Lexapro, and now Celexa (changed because of insurance coverage) and I have never experienced any side effects (although I still remember having panic attacks alot) But now that I am older and in a serious relationship I realize that Celexa has made me unable to achieve orgasm. Since I had moved in with my boyfriend and stopped having panic attacks altogether (for the first time in my life since i was 12!) (maybe the support system? or the doctors said that one day i could possible "grow out of it") I decided to slowly (emphasize SLOWLY) wean myseld from 60mg to 20mg. But now I am at a stand still because the several times I have tried to stop I get very scared. Is 20mg to high to stop taking? I have been so healthy and panic free on 20mg that I could just continue it but it is very had to to be able to feel anything sexually. |
