| I've just begun taking Aromasin and was told by my oncologist to take it after a meal. The UK Breast Care Web site on Aromasin (pops up along with others when entering Aromasin in www.google.com) also mentions that it is best to take it after eating to avoid nausea as a side effect. | I found on breastcancercare.org that it is preferable to take aromasin after a meal it may help if you have nausea. But you do not have to take it with food. |

| I take aromasin with food. I don't know if it matters or not, but I have tolerated it well. I also take it at morning. |

| I am also taking Aromasin for the first time. To answer your question, take this medication with food, at least that is the information that appeares on the bottle from the pharmacy. |

| I also just started taking aromasin and do not know if it should be taken with or without food. I would appreciate an answer. Also I read that it is for women where tamoxifen did not work and their breast cancer was advanced. Is this true?? My onocologist told me it was a better medicine than tamoxifen. |

| I take mine at night just brfore I go to sleep with no stomach problemns, but I try to eat a light snack. Hope this helps. |
