I have been taking actonel for 6 weeks. For the last 4 weeks, I have had facial acne. I haven't had acne since I was 17 and now I am 54. Is there a connection between actonel and acne? No other medications have been added or deleted, nor have my eating habits changed, therefore, I wonder if I am having an alergic reaction to actonel. Please help. | |||

| I agree with you. I am having problems with nose sores, and now I have this sore on my ear that feels like a pimple. My ear is swollen and it hurts to touch. My bones ache and the hotflashes in unbearable. At this time I am seriously considering stoppin the medication. Too many side effects. | ||
