| If we look at the p-colgy of the drug, since it is a dopamine modulator, it would make sense that some people get worse and some people get better. Althought Abilify has it's niche, it cannot and should not be used first line. It is too unpredictable in its actions. And may not adequately control psychotic or affective symptoms consistently. It may be used as an add on, however, I wouldn't use it first line. | |||
