| 6 month old diagnosed with HIT needs to go open heart surgery. Is this a drug of choice for this patient? Has an an emboli before 10 days post-op after intital exposure to heparin. Also, Eliza +. Plat count drop over 50,000 everytime he went on bypass machine. | |||
