| I have been taking Avandia now for about 3 and 1/2 months. It seemed to work fine at first but I noticed that I had started to gain weight. Now my feet and legs have been swelling real bad. I was going out walking every day but for the last month I have been unable to. My feet and legs are so swollen that I am unable to get my shoes on after I have been up for a couple of hours, and my feet hurt so badly. When I went to the doctor this week for my lab work and check up he was very concerned. He upped my lasix from 20 mg to 80 mg and told me to stop taking the Avandia. I hope that this will take care of the problem. |
