| I have been taking 40mg of Benicar once a day with 12.5 mg of HCTZ for a little over a year. In the beginning everything seemed fine except that within days of beginning this medication I developed a rash on both legs from the knee down only that my doctor diagnosed as eczema. He said there is no way it is related to the medication, but I have NEVER had anything close to eczema before in my life. Despite many treatments for it, it will not completely go away. Has anyone else had this problem? Also, it seems that within the past few months of taking the same dosage I have gotten very dizzy, disoriented,tired and have suffered headaches on and off. All of those are uncharacteristic of how I normally feel. Since the doctor that prescribed this med. will not change it I have an appointment soon with a new doctor. Will let you know how that turns out. | |||
