| How long does it take for Comtan to take effect? So far (after 4 days), this drug has done absolutely nothing. My Mother takes this along with Sinemet (50/200). So far, her symptoms are MUCH, MUCH worse AFTER taking this new drug. All she does is vomit all day long, pee on the floor and act totally confused. What gives? | |||
