| This drug caused: severe rash, blurred vision, anal and genital and oral lesions and itching. Stevens Johnson Syndrome. Neither physician or pharmacist advised me of possible side effects, and to date, August 19, 2003, neither has been made aware of possible side effects by Pfizer/Pharmacia. Am aware of another patient in my city who was hopitalized for three months and almost died as a result of taking Bextra. the company is doing a lousy job of notifying providers and patients of potentially deadly side effects of taking this drug. |
