| I have fibro, CFS, nerve damage, and just had the Nissen Esph Operation. I have always had a problem w/ contipation. The Dr. put me on amitiza. It works great, but I gained weight and have had a horrible problem w/ edema. I took 2 a couple of nights ago, was up all night going to the bathroom. I had stopped taking it for a while. In the articles I have read I don't really say a lot about severe swelling. It is my whole body, expecially in the hands,legs and feet. My left leg was twice its size last night. I would like to know if anyone else has had this problem. The Dr. did a dopler test. No blood clot | |||
