| I'm 19, and have been taking Seroquel for two years until I reached 700mg thereof. I developed minor trachycardia, so Abilify was next in the list for me. I'm on the fifth week on Abilify and at 15mg. At first my changes were that I started talking more fluently. Then I started feeling a combination of desperation and fatigue. I can't keep my back upright, and get sessions where I want to do what's next or after instead of the crystallized-formal focus I had with Seroquel. My left thigh has started twitching though not exactly involuntarily. I'm also a different kind of hungry than that of Seroquel, and postulate that I'll have to adapt to it too in a different way. In my opinion, for exercise, I think Abilify is better because your vitality is awakened faster than with Seroquel. For performing in front of audiences I think Seroquel is better because of the mental alterations. For editing writing, Seroquel is better. For talking, Abilify is better. For formality Seroquel is better. For moods, Abilify is better. If my dose increases in time I'll need to get my check up on the creatine p levels in my blood to avoid dangers of concieving NMS and TD. But this is only my fifth week on Abilify. I hope I can get it right with the way Abilify affects my mental energy distribution, besides the dopamine/serotonin stuff I need to learn about. | |||
