| I have been having serious back aches while recently using this drug, don't know if there's a relation to it. Have had my disease 28 yrs (no surgeries) & had recent success w/Remicade & Imuran. Both drugs are immunosuppressants but helped tremendously. Unable to continue on them due to developing malignant melanoma (skin cancer). Unclear about any connection to using the drugs but cannot risk using them now. Check w/your physician about these treatments, may encounter some resistance w/inurance due to drug costs & monitoring of blood. | ||

| Medication works well for me with a clear relapse if I miss a scheduled dose. Not sure what I am going to do if the Dr. prescribes continued therapy with this drug as my insurance(cobra) has run out. Cost of the drug is unbelievable. | ||

| My forty year old Son has started taking colazal,the same dossage, 6 a day & has been advised to try it for 6 months. As you have been on it for two years I am very curious as to the long term effects you may be experiencing.
