| I am a 61 year old female and have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, stenosis of the spine and several other spinal problems. I have been given both drugs mentioned above, actonel/vioxx. I'm not even sure it's a good idea to take both together, no one ever said. Also, I'm still having quite a bit of severe back pain and sometimes my stomach feels like my insides are going to fall out, the only relief i get is to wear a belt type binder to hold it firm. I've been taking these pills for several months and don't seem to see any great relief. what is the purpose,then. Does anybody out there know of anything that has helped so I can ask my doctor? |
