| I have taken just two doses of Avelox and a couple of hours after taking this drug I got extremely depressed and had horrible thoughts. I am taking a Beta Blocker called Betapace to control an irregular heartbeat. I ofcourse gave the ENT doctor a list of the drugs I was taking and this Doctor never mentioned the types of side effects this drug may have. I also had difficulty sleeping. After reading other testimonials I now intend to notify my doctor. |

| I was put on AVALOX for a severe infection and have headaches ( which I had with the infection already ) and wake up at 1 A.M. unable to sleep. Too bad Pharmacists no longer give you adequate information. My opinion is we shoul dnot have to buy a P.D.R. or search the internet to find out the side effects of drugs. Thanks so much for sharing, I had no idea how sick I would be trying to get well and aparently I am not alone. |
