Default Side Effect: High BP?

I was given Frova for what are believe to be atypical migraines, though I've had 'regular' migraines since grade school. I took the first pill this weekend at onset and within 15 minutes the attack stopped, but within half an hour, I was feeling uneasy in my chest, could hear and feel my pulse in my ears, my eyes felt that they would burst.. I immediately took an aspirin.. after about 30 more minutes I took my BP and it was high for me. It felt awful and uncomfortable all night. I don't see this as a side effect in documentation, but do see concerns about stroke and heart disease. Makes me curious. Was still the best control over thse attacks in over two years!
