I was in the initial studies and after an initial scare (had a liver flare a couple of months into the study) my enzymes have been normal for about four years. My last visit to the physician conducting the trial showed that I have developed the surface antibody to the virus. He advised me to continue the drug and follow up with my primary care physician to see it it sustained. If it did after a year, we would try going of the medication to see what happens. Wonderful drug.
