Default headaches

The bloating is killing me and the headaches are getting worse. I have been taking it for a couple of months and after two weeks it doesnt work any more.

I also have IBS and have been constipated for years. Have you tried psyllium seeds??? You can buy those in any natural health store in bulk. I usually take one tbsp per day and mix it in a glass of water then drink it. It really works and it is 100% natural!!! Sometimes I will use Citrucel...hope this helps!

If I were you I would take a herbal bulk every day(or some type of good hydrocil? or I like Thorne Herbal Bulk I ordered it from and try to be careful more of what you are eating. I know that Pizza kills me, and beans,ice cream and french fries, or anything deep fried. So Zelnorm isn't a total magic cure. Try watching more what you eat. Like for me, meat and vegetables, fruit, rice agrees pretty well with me. I know it could be totally different for you. Also make sure you drink a lot of water! That helps a lot. <br>Just my thoughts.
