Default Pletal side effects

I take 100 mg pletal twice per day; I also take diltiazem 240 mg
once daily which seems to overincrease the benefits of Pletal. Legs appear to be puffy. If I only take 1/2 (50 mg) twice per day), there is no adverse reaction. I would like to know what other adverse interactions are possible with other medications as I take 12 other prescriptions.

Overall I would say the benefits of Pletal are excellent; I am able to walk longer distances without claudication.
