Taking pletal with food

Sirs, I find it extremely difficult to remember to take Pletal on an empty stomach.(1 hour before, or 2 to 3 hours after meals.) I am very good at taking all my other medications with meals. Question: Will I get theraputic effects if I DO NOT take pletal on an empty stomach? Will the therapy be compromised if I take it with my other medications at meals?
