Acid Reflux and H. Pylori

I am presently on Nexium as I have Acid Reflux and H. Pylori infection.<br>Am thinking about switching to Protonix, but am wondering if my Acid Reflux can ever be cured as long as I continue to have the H. Pylori infection. <br> I tried various treatments for the infection, but my body couldn't tolerate the heavy-duty drugs, so I stopped.<br> Am still faced with bitter sour acid reflux coming up into my throat.<br>Please help !!!!
