I take sonata too and the same thing happenes to me. My behavior totally changes. I say and do things I would never normally do. Also I have trouble remembering anything that I did after I took sonata. It scares me hearing some of the things my boyfriend tells me that I did. He used to hate it when I took it. I used to take it while i was still wide awake hanging out in my house, and that is when i had the bad experiances. I figured out, the only way to prevent this behavior from happening is to only take it when you are laying down to close your eyes. Sonata kicks in for me about 10-15 mins after I take it, so not long after I shut my eyes I am out. No more bad behavior.
