Default chronic pain

I have what is called RSD or CRPS, a chronic pain disorder.I have been on Methadone and Elavil, along with a muscle relaxer to treat the muscle spams in my arn and hand. These only occur when the pain is basically a 10++++ on the pain scale. It has now become worse and spread to other areas of my body, mostly on my left side. The doctor raised the dosage of my methadone and added trileptal to my daily medication. I would like to hear from anyone who is taking the med's similar to mine and for the same type of symptoms "chronic pain" or reflex sympathetic dystrophy.
