geodon, caffiene vs sleepiness! help!

im currently on 20 mgs a day of geodon. im tired ALL the time unless i hav caffeine. im not a caffeine freak. i dont usually even drink soda pop... my coworkers even know something's up when i dont drink coffee or something. today one of them asked if i was switching meds. im on my 6th week of geodon.

i was wondering if there's something else i could take in substatution for caffiene or even Geodon itself???? i hav paranoia, OCD, high anxiety, high deppression, & i possably hav a Borderline personality disorder. this medicine helps with my paranoia, but not my deppression or my anxiety all that much. caffiene makes me jitter really bad. help!? thank you!
