Default Innohep

The Doctor has just changed me from Coumadin to Innohep. I have been on Coumadin for over 3 years and they were never able to regulate it. I was taking 25mg a day. That is a very high dose. I have taken the Innohep shots on 2 other occasions for a week each time after 2 different pulmonary Embolisms. I have Lupus and get pulmpnary Embolisms very easy. If there is any information that you could give me on Innohep, please do. Thankd You for your time.
