Default i think i need this medication

I have full blown AIDS. I take numerous anti-viral drugs. I try and exercise each day, but don't have the energy.

It's ironic. I have trouble sleeping at night. My mind races and I can't stop going over things in my head for hours. My doctor prescribed Lunestra and its helped. I don't feel drugged or dopey in the morning.

I also have little physical energy during the day. It's not really sleepiness, it's chronic fatigue.

I'm afraid if I ask my doctor for this drug he will question why I think I need an "upper" (Provigil) during the day and downers at night (Lunestra, Ativan)

Any comments would be helpful
