Default Celexa stopped working

I've been taking Celexa since January 2002. It seemed to really help my depression and PMS. Over the past month it seems to have stopped working. I'm feeling blue and really irritable again. I take a low dose(10 mg.) due to the sexual side effects I had during a short time on Paxil 5 years ago. Anyway, the Celexa was working fine until now. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks

you may want to try slightly uppin gthe dose. However, the week I was on 10mg before going to 20mg I felt better already. Who knows maybe I should have stayed at ten. But the prescription calls for 20mg.
