Default my migraines

I have had migraines all my life i am now 30 and i had 1 aug 2007 now 1 last week and 1 last night, i find axert helps a little, it makes it shorter... i have classic migraines so sometimes the other symptoms other then the pain are even more terrible (scary) now i get the phase that comes over me during my migraines of not knowing words well or names,it is hard to say proper sentences, very scary, but i tell myself it will pass, and try to stay calm, it doesnt help that i have a history of panic disorder. <br> But i liked Imatax myself... and i find if you can get massages every now and then get them!! They will help, and anything that relaxe you! Look into Reiki.
