Default bone/ muscle pain and irregular heartbeats

51 years old, apparently have osteopenia, borderline -2.0. I've been on Actonel for the past 5 months and finally called it quits. No side affects for the first four months. Then developed severe pain in my left forearm - keeping me up at night. When the palpitations started and continued that was it for me. I have decided to go with natural remedies and better lifestyle choices, including more exercise. I would recommend anyone suffering from this drug do the same.
