Question sleeping too much

I was put on ambien two years ago. At the time along with other things I was going through a major depressive episode. The ambien helped me finally get some sleep for the first time in a year which was very nice. I had been having a very hard time going to sleep. Being up til 3 and then up at 8. The problem was I would sleep from 10pm to 2pm Now this could be two things 1) the drug or 2) still just a biproduct of the depression and disorders. Or it could be a miss. I used it til I switched my main med from Geodon to Abilify. I am also on lithium, lamictal, effxor, and topamax which is new. I take lorazapan when I need to though I also have Vistrol. I switched to trazadome
Ps. Last three months I haven't had to use any sleep meds.
