Default Celexa and vertigo

I am so happy to see that I'm not the only one!
I too have weaned myself off Celexa as it had helped me in a bad time of my life but I felt I no longer needed it. Suspecting a connection, I had to go to the Dr. within 1 week of completely getting off of it, due to extreme Virtigo.

My Dr. did'nt think it was related to my getting off of Celexa, and even suggested I may need to go back on it and stay on Celexa forever!?? I don't think so!

I decided to check the Web and when I saw all of the comments from other Clexa users regarding the association of virtigo and getting off of Celexa, once I'm over this period of Vertigo, I'll never go back on it.

Good luck to all who need to be on it, it does work. But you'll need a few weeks to recover from it when you decide to quit taking it so beware of the downside.
